Concept:

We’re blending living and guesthouse facilities into one. This project is a collaboration between Pradyumna from I Love Mayapur and Gopinath, who runs the Soul to Soul Guesthouse. Since we already manage the guesthouse with a great team, we thought, why not extend that experience to more rooms?

The idea is simple: You own an apartment, and whenever you come to Mayapur, it’s yours to enjoy. If you like, we can rent it out for you when you're away, so your place stays taken care of, and you earn some income from it. We’ll handle everything—cleaning, maintenance, and managing guests—just like we do with Soul to Soul.

Of course, this is completely optional—you’re free to use your apartment however you wish.

It’s a great way to have a place in Mayapur without the hassle, and at the same time, let it work for you when you’re not here.

Features:

We’re still in the early stages of development, which means we have the flexibility to adjust the size and design of the apartments based on your preferences.

  • Ground and First Floors: These will be one-bedroom apartments, each with a cozy balcony for enjoying the view.
  • Second, Third, and Fourth Floors: Here, you’ll find a mix of 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments, all equipped with an elevator for easy access.

One of the exciting aspects of our project is the direct access to the Jalangi River. We’re planning a beautiful bathing area for the Mayapur community, complete with:

  • A small snack restaurant for some quick bites.
  • Changing rooms for convenience.
  • Comfortable seating arrangements where you can relax.
  • Shaded areas to protect you from the sun while you enjoy the riverside atmosphere.
  • Plus, we’re even looking into a nature pool to enhance the natural beauty of the area!

It’s all about creating a welcoming space for both residents and visitors to unwind and connect with nature.

The Team:

Pradyumna Misra Das is a well-known figure in the Mayapur community, recognized for his YouTube channel, I Love Mayapur, which he established many years ago with his family to showcase the beauty and spirit of this sacred place. Through his channel, he has forged a strong network of friends and contacts, both locally and globally, built on the foundation of trustworthy and genuine relationships.

Pradyumna is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. He is committed to making Mayapur Dham his home and is excited to relocate to the Jalangi Nivas Project, where he aims to enhance the living experience for everyone involved.

Alongside him is Gopinath, the owner of Soul to Soul Guesthouse. Growing up in Mayapur, Gopinath has a deep understanding of the local environment and community needs. He also brings extensive experience managing international projects, blending local insight with a global perspective. Together, Pradyumna and Gopinath combine their strengths to provide a unique blend of residential living and guesthouse facilities, ensuring a seamless experience for apartment owners and guests alike.
